As many of you have heard from the Latest LSM newsletter, our new project is finally coming together. I have received numerous
emails from people asking me to record a hymn project, and finally God has opened the door for that to become a reality. I
am more excited about this project coming about, than I was when we first recorded "When He Brought Me to the Cross" in 2000.
Growing up in a Conservative Christian home the roots of my faith and love for music have come from a passion for hymns that
was instilled in me since childhood. I still remember standing around the piano and singing, "When the Roll is Called Up Yonder",
"Living in Canaan", "It is well with My Soul", and "The Unclouded Day". Even after all of these years, hymns still have a
prominent place in my heart. I still find myself singing them while the day goes on, and the messages seem to become clearer
with each trial that I go through. But still there was the question, "What would I call this new project"? The answer was
simple, "Looking Home". What other way to express the reflection of your roots, but Looking Home?
May God Bless You and Keep You,
